"We buy all our insurance with State Farm. Their customer service is outstanding, which we learned after we had a major fire in our SF home. After that, we went to Traci Hollander's team for everything. Rocio Jimenez has especially given us the kind of responsive and careful attention that is difficult to find today. I can compare this service with our State Farm coverage in Seattle, which is clearly inferior. There are a lot of choices, State Farm is our choice in California, and Traci Hollander's agency is the best State Farm has to offer largely because of Rocio."

"I had a very disappointing experience with Traci Hollander and her team. The closing process was incredibly frustrating, with constant delays and a lack of clear communication. Every time I reached out for updates, I either received no response or had to wait far too long for basic information. The lack of professionalism and responsiveness made this an unnecessarily stressful process. I would not recommend this agent to anyone looking for a smooth and efficient insurance experience."
